Impero Constructions was engaged by CBUS Property to carry out site preparation including excavation, electrical, water, sewer and stormwater connections to facilitate the installation of a pre-fabricated display suite.

Internally, new joinery including reception desk, model plinth and sales desk was installed to enhance the display suite. A new garden inclusive of landscaping, seating, and shades was constructed to provide a functional lunch area for the existing tenants.

The Langston is a display suite for a mixed use development comprising of three towers containing 463 apartments and retail space.
