This project consists of the design and construction of elegant apartments over a common basement car park,  with carefully curated gardens and divine interior finishes.
 

Designed for a life of balance, BALA is a conscious collective of spacious 2 and 3-bedroom apartments including a selection of penthouses, situated on Sydney’s affluent harbourside suburb of Neutral Bay.
