The construction of a multi-dwelling residential development comprising of 3 exclusive whole floor apartments in the heart of Darling Point.

This project involves the demolition of an existing building and garages with the construction of a new residential flat building at No. 10 Sutherland Crescent, Darling Point, also known as No. 20 Etham Avenue, Darling Point.  

 

The proposal included  the construction of a luxury boutique three storey residential flat building including new swimming pool, landscaping and basement car parking.
